Where do you ship to?
We ship free Worldwide! We use fast shipping only with trusted couriers like FedEx to ensure fast and safe delivery to our valued customers.
How are your prices so cheap?
At Canvas Castle we pride ourselves not only on exceptional product quality, but also having the lowest prices of any canvas store out there. We believe making your home beautiful shouldn't cost an arm and a leg.
Where do I enter my promo code?
If you have received a promo code, please enter this at Checkout. If our prices are currently already discounted or tagged as on sale you don't require a promo code to gain this discount.
What is the quality of canvas like?
All canvases are of the very highest quality, as seen in art galleries around the world. They are made of cotton/polyester and are extremely durable, while our waterproof ink guarantees longevity and resilience. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
Can I get a giant frame for sizes without a frame option?
Absolutely! We have a framer we can work with to send you giant frames cheaper than anywhere else, just email the support@levelupprints.net team for a quote.
How should I hang my canvases up?
Simple! There are countless ways but we recommend using 3M Command Strips for a non-damaging option. Alternatively you can purchase a picture hanging kit from your local hardware store.
Do canvases get a bonus border to allow for framing?
Yes indeed! All canvases get a 1.2"/3cm border to allow for framing. If you order the canvas print only you get a white border, and if you order a frame you get a 'mirror edge' border - a 1.2"/3cm copy of the inner picture.
Can you send these ready-to-hang?
Of course! Just email the support@levelupprints.net team for a quote, and let us know what canvas and size you would like. Please note canvases can't be sent ready to hang if the size is 47x70"/120x180cm or larger.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong
This is very rare as our quality control team double checks all orders, but just send an email to support@levelupprints.net with a photo showing the product arrived unsatisfactorily and we organize to resend.
